Reservation and cancellation

To reserve a room we need a credit card information (American Express is not accepted for guarantee of reservation only).
It is possible to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours before checkin day.
In case of no show or if the cancellation deadline is not respected, only the amount of the first night will be deducted from the creditcard given for guarantee.

As an alternative, we request the payment of the first night of your stay through bank transfer or ordinary postal order.
